Alfresco Dining

This facility is uniquely situated on an Island in the middle of the resorts swimming pool, accessible by bridge. This facility has a Buffet Grotto that allows us to cater to larger volumes and specialty themed evenings. Most of the dining takes place on a centrally located dining deck that is shaded and protected from light rain showers. Located in the middle of this deck is a traditional stone Pizza Oven and Grill station where you can watch as customized Pizza’s and other delicacies are prepared before your eyes.

Private Dining Islands

These two private dining islands: Booby Cay and Sand Cay are by reservation, private experiences that are only available for Champagne Breakfasts and Sushi Evenings. Picture a group of eight friends or family lounging around on a futon “day bed” style dining… Complete with rotating elevated center table and your own private waiter, your island is covered by a beautiful Pagoda and romantic mood lighting reflects off the surrounding water as you are treated to cool sea breezes and panoramic views of the complex with waterfalls and “in pool” fire pits.

Pool Bar

This unique bar offers the best of both worlds a dry bar (accessible from on the island) with elevated views and a lower pool bar that caters to the more aquatic patron…The Pool Bar definitely raises the bar on pool bar design and is sure to be a well frequented facility. For those wanting a light and more romantic experience the bar has two cozy and romantic alcoves on each side.
