Kim Lund

Kim Lund started RE/MAX Cayman Islands from a very humble beginnings back in 1990, as a one person office.  He moved into real estate sales and brokerage from property management.  Over the years, the company has grown, as has Kim's family which includes his wife, Ashleigh daughter, Brynne and son, Johnnie.  The social scene is very active in Grand Cayman. Kim and Ashleigh enjoy being active members of the community and support local causes such as campaigns for breast cancer, supporting underprivileged children, and various fundraising events, the Lighthouse School for handicapped children and Special Olympics, amongst others causes. Grand Cayman is their home and they are proud citizens.

James Bovell

James Bovell, Co-Owner of RE/MAX Cayman Islands, and President of CIREBA, (Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association), was born in Kingston, Jamaica. Educated in the UK... A genuine people person extremely well suited to the Real Estate profession. A natural born leader who helps others tap into their own potential for success, James’ love for his island and his work have resulted in a phenomenal success story.
