The Rental Program

Each owner will have the opportunity to own a purpose-built residence with hotel lock off suite, or suites, allowing each owner to place either, their master suite, or the independent hotel lock offs in the professionally managed rental program

The owners in the rental program will have the right to use their complete residence for eight (8) weeks per annum, with usage during high season reduced to four (4) weeks per annum (high season usage is a 2 -1 usage ratio). Owners who guarantee their lock off suites to the resort management during high season will still gain full usage of their master suite for 8 weeks per annum and not be penalized for usage during high season.

The rental program is voluntary and we already have a few owners who have purchased to live year round and not to rent…We also have a few owners who will live in their Master Suite, rent out their lock offs …The choice is up to each individual owner as to how much of their unit they wish to place in the rental program.

Due to SEC regulations on US Citizens , no representation or claims can be made on rental program revenues or potential, the product is sold without warranty or representation on unit rentability and or income projections.
